Terms of Service for Vestergy Newsletters Last Updated: March 8, 2025 By subscribing to any newsletter offered by Vestergy LLC, including the free Vestergy AI, Wealth, and Economic Insights newsletter or the paid 21st Century Innovators, TSP Navigator, or ALL ACCESS plans, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Vestergy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. 1. Subscription and Consent By providing your email address and confirming your subscription (e.g., via a confirmation email), you consent to receive newsletters and related communications from us. You must be at least 13 years old to subscribe. If you are under 13, you may not use our services. We collect your email address to deliver newsletters and may use it to notify you of updates, offers, or premium content options. Newsletter Content and Frequency The Vestergy AI, Wealth, and Economic Insights newsletter is free and currently delivered weekly, subject to change based on our editorial schedule. Paid newsletters (21st Century Innovators and TSP Navigator) are delivered monthly, with additional content (e.g., research reports) uploaded as available. The ALL ACCESS plan includes both paid newsletters plus the free edition. We reserve the right to modify the frequency, content, or format of any newsletter at our discretion, with notice provided via email or the newsletter itself where practicable. 3. Paid Subscriptions Paid plans (21st Century Innovators, TSP Navigator, and ALL ACCESS) are available at $20/month or $125/year for individual plans, and $40/month or $250/year for ALL ACCESS, with a 36% launch discount reducing annual rates to $80/year and $160/year, respectively, forever for early subscribers. Payment is processed through Beehiiv’s platform. Pricing and discounts are subject to change, with notice provided at least 30 days in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via your Beehiiv account settings or by contacting [email protected]. 4. Your Rights and Responsibilities You may unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email or by emailing [email protected]. We will process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. We reserve the right to unsubscribe users we deem to have provided fake or invalid data. You agree not to use the newsletter content for commercial purposes without our written consent. 5. Our Rights and Limitations We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any newsletter, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes. We may suspend or terminate your subscription if we suspect misuse, violation of these terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws, with notice where feasible. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of newsletter content and are not liable for any decisions made based on it. 6. Third-Party Services Newsletters are delivered via Beehiiv. We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party services. 7. Governing Law and Contact These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
